Registration Rules
- Race is for Indian citizens only.
- Participants must be 15 years or older, born on or before November 30, 2011 for 5km & 18 years or older, born on or before November 30, 2007, to join the event.
- Review all provided information before applying. Registration confirmation depends on meeting criteria and following entry rules.
- An applicant can only apply for one race category (Half Marathon, Open 10 Km, or 5 Km). Multiple applications will result in disqualification in all categories. Use a single email address to apply.
- Registrations must be completed through the online registration page with appropriate online payment. There will be no offline registration available.
- Once registered, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- Participants must carefully enter their name, date of birth, and other details accurately during registration.
- Participants should verify their name, group, timing, and other details while collecting their BIB.
Entry Rejection and Refund Policy
If an application is rejected for any reason, the entry fee will be refunded on or before 8th November 2025, with ₹ 100 deducted as processing charges.
- Application fees will not be refunded for non-participation reasons, including being disallowed from running the race or failure to collect the bib.
- Any refund discrepancies must be reported to the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained after 8th November 2025.
- If a registrant uses a corporate or group code for which they are not the authorized recipient, they will not receive a Bib and will not be able to participate in the event on race day.
- In the event that the CHM 2025 is cancelled for any reason, your entry will be automatically carried forward to the next edition of the Chiplun Half Marathon in the same race category. No additional entry fees will be charged to participants in this situation. However, participants must still meet the qualification criteria set for the next.
